Review of 2007 Part 2

April:
Don Imus, an American radio talk show host and writer, made a bad statement on Rutgers women's basketball team that month.
Mother returned to her childhood homestate, Pennsylvania for visiting her sisters and brothers that she hadn't seen in a long time. She missed them very much. Mom flew back there on April 12^th. I missed her very much.
Pains in my stomach reducing. I felt tired and weak.
On April 14^th while my mother was in PA, Dad lost a power at his house. The power at his house went out at 5 pm. I didn't know that. Dad came over to check on me that night before 10 pm. I think he surprised to see the power in my apt is still on and was glad. Dad is alright and watched TV. He ate my ice cream for making him a cool down before he left. LOL! Thank goodness, the power at his house returned at 10 0'clock in the morning.
32 souls at Virginia Tech on April 16^th were killed by crazy gunman. Very shocking. Life is too soon.
Regis Philbin returned to his syndicated daytime talk show, “Live with Regis and Kelly”, on April 26^th but still not 100 percent, he says, six weeks after his triple heart bypass surgery. He looks great.
May:
Mother was still in PA.
A wildfire started in north, in another county of my homestate, Florida, on May 1^st.
There was a subtropical storm named Andrea. It was so early 3 weeks before the beginning of hurricane season. But good news, it looked not bad. I can see a windy and sometimes rain one day in that May. That storm was about 35 mph and a weak. Andrea stayed southward in Atlantic Ocean.
Went to Dad’s VFW party on May 12^th. My Dad invited me there.
A wildfire had been spotted again in the south of our county. The lightning did it on May 13^th.
I went to a picnic at a state park in Ocala, Florida that was hosting by a different deaf club, Big Sun Association of the Deaf (BSAD) on May 27^th. That club is from Ocala. The state park is called Silver River State Park, south of Silver Springs where tourists visiting and it has a water park. Also, Silver River State Park is where many deafies spent and were having a picnic there. I had a wonderful time.
Universal Studio announced on May 31^st to make a major addition. It's THE WIZARDING WORLD OF HARRY POTTER! The addition is scheduled for completion in 2009.
Mom returned home from a trip to PA where she was staying for 1 ½ months on May 31^st. She flew back in. I was so glad to see her again. I hugged her again for the first time when she came over to my apt for cleaning up on June 2^nd.

June:
Uncle Bill and his family drove the green van down here for visiting us from Pennsylvania. They were about starting a vacation on June 2nd. I was glad to see him again. He brought 2 sons, 2 grandsons, a daughter-in-law, Jodi, and my niece, Heidi, along. When they arrived, all of us went to Steak n Shake restaurant for dinner.
Discovered the size of my outfit changing dramatically that month. It went from size 12 to almost size 8! I was startled! I can’t believe it! I didn’t know that.
I heard about Paris Hilton on the news on the evening of June 8^th. Poor Paris. She went back to jail again and cried. Paris yelled at the judge it's not right when he ordered her to go back there. Police officers concern she will be suffering.
I got new hearing aid for my left ear on June 14^th.
I made special breakfast for Dad on Father’s Day.
I ate food slowly. I can’t swallowing it easily. It was hard on me. I pushed the food away from me when I didn’t feel I want to. Halfway sometimes. I guess there was something wrong with me.
My parents got new car, 2004 Chevrolet Maliba, on June 21^st.
