September 12, 2007: Trip to Wal-Mart. A Library. Newest Ojo Phone.

See a digital photo above, that is a new Ojo Phone for deaf users.
Hello!
I am back to do blogging this time. I didn't have time for 2 nights cuz I had to finish watching DVD movie that I borrowed from a library last Sat. That DVD movie would be due yesterday. And another reason is that I felt I am not ready to do blogging. So, here I come.
I went to Wal-Mart last Friday morning. Stopped by at McDonald's for breakfast. And then ordered to make prints of my digital photos on the computer in the photo department. I went do a food shopping afterwards. Nothing happened at Wal-Mart. I had a fun. And then I went home.
Last Sat morning, I went to a library for renewing a book and borrowing 4 DVD movies. I noticed there's a cloud moving in. It was going to be looked like a gloomy. That means a rain is coming. When I was done wandering around the library inside, Dad was about entering into it as I was about leaving at the same time. I was ready to go. When I arrived back home, the rain started pouring in suddenly. Thank God, I got home on time before the rain started.
Mother came over to my place for a visit last Monday. She phoned her sisters, Betty and Teresa, at their hotel in Orlando. They were on a vacation but unfortunately, yesterday was that they flew back to home in Pennsylvania where they are living in now. Betty and Teresa had been vacationing for a week. Anyways, as Mom phoned Betty and Teresa, Mom and I sang a song, "Happy Birthday to You" to Aunt Betty together at the same time. LOL! Betty's birthday was last Monday. I hadn't a chance seeing them again. I did tell Mom I wanted to see them before. That was my planned idea. I was disappointed but I am okay. I really wanted to have a lunch with Betty and Teresa in Orlando. But in the past, I did see them when Aunts visited Daytona Beach few times.
I have news for u. Yesterday as I was chatting with one of my Yahoo 365 friends, Gerri, regarding her hubby's nephew thru IM, there was a knock at my door. I can hear it without a special flashing light that most of deaf people are using currently. Anyways, I opened the door to see a black UPS deliveryman with a medium package. I was suprised. I have absolutely no idea. No one informed me about it. I signed my real name on an electric device. The UPS man put it on the daybed but I insisted it on the floor. I thanked him and then he left for doing more deliveries to receivers. I noticed who sent to me on the label. It was from SNAP!VRS, a new Ojo phone that many deaf people are interested to order now. It's a free. After that, I went to chat with Gerri. I opened a medium package after I was done talking with Gerri. Wow, Ojo phone looks newest to me! See a digital photo above. I took it about an hour ago. Anyways, I don't want to open it up right away cuz I may be moving out of my apt next month. Don't know when but I will let u know. I will be planned going to have someone to install new Ojo phone somewhere in my new place. Stayed tuned. About newest Ojo phone, Snap!VRS is a form of telecommunication relay services regulated by the Federal Communications Commission under Title IV of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). With the Ojo video phone, qualified sign-language video interpreters communicate directly with individuals that are Deaf or Hard-of-Hearing through true-to-life audio and video transmission on Ojo, thereby enabling three way communication with standard telephone users in real-time. This Ojo phone allows us to call 911 in case of an emergency and 711 for contacting hearing relatives and friends thru a relay service with an interpreter. Sounds cool! I am so excited about it. I can't wait!
That's it for now.
See Ya!
